A political system combining military, diplomatic, economic, scientific, and political operations.   An idealized form, emphasizing purity and happiness.  Ensuring a maximum amount of freedom for citizens and legal entities.  Suitable or proper in the current circumstances.  Existing for the sake of living well.  A well balanced aristocracy and a constitutional republic.  A Regime.  A Constitution.  The construction of a city-state “Telos”  Regarding the most choice-worthy way of life.  The correct principles for living the good life.  Virtue / Prudence.  Concept of reciprocal equality containing a center “agora” constituting, ritual mystery, and anarchy.  Naturally ruling and ruled, on account of preservation.  Seeking a plenitude.  A city state of self-sufficiency.   A city to be held in a fine condition. Sense of order, foresight. Rounded to a whole number and expressed as a percent of the population.

Regarding a city based on what one would pray for. Uniting spirit and thought.  Being refined and sensible regarding virtue and prudence.  Talos will be full of (and characterized by) excellence and merit.  An organized human society or community, body of persons forming a community governed according to a recognized system of government.  An administration based upon principles that were broadly conceived and nobly adopted to the ideas of our century and suited to the real needs of the people.  Regarding the most choice-worthy way of life.  The correct principles for living a good life.  To signify the beginning of the new Era.  Chaos theory and theory of sacred geometry.  A “middling of the general universal” administrative system of which the countries merge together.  That these laws under which the people will live, will offer real guarantees to every citizens against all arbitrary action.  A great conception, and destined to win the voluntary consent of every people; for it is as much to the interest of individuals as it was to the interest of the continent as a whole.  This result alone would immortalize the reign of all involved through the internal prosperity of all advocates and factions the world over.

Spirited and endowed with thought.  A share in the regime on the basis of the conception.  A share in freedom with courage, justice, and prudence. A self-sufficient city that is happy and acts nobly.  Distributing offices on the basis of merit.  The laws and management of the population arranged in such a way that it is impossible to profit from the offices.  Something that will do for the longest period of time.  A partnership of free persons.  A middling sort of regime for the common good.  Seeking not only the best regime but also the regime that is the best possible, and similarly also the regime that is easier and more attainable for all.  A well balanced aristocracy.  A mixture of oligarchy (aristocracy) and democracy (constitutional republic).  Containing a center of ritual mystery and chaos.  It can be spoken of as either a democracy or an oligarchy.  Both – and neither – a democracy and an oligarchy.  Because none of the parts of the city generally would wish to have another regime.  A regime established in accordance with equality and similarity among the citizens.  The citizens will claim to merit ruling in turn.  Intentionally choosing to be be ruled and ruling with a view to the life in accordance with virtue. 
Persons similar by nature, justice and merit must necessarily be the same according to nature.
